Why Nonprofit Board Financial Reporting Feels So Hard Do your board members
We don’t have “cookie-cutter” solutions. All fractional services are tailored to our Clients and can be mixed and matched. Need a Fractional CFO and a Bookkeeper? No Problem!
We perform complimentary initial file reviews to help define the scope of accounting services required.
We staff engagements in the most cost-effective way for the Client – No CFO’s performing bookkeeping tasks at CFO prices!
Your business finances are unique, and our fractional accounting services are customizable to fit your specific business requirements and budget. You can trust us to provide a solution that is right-sized for your organization.
Our fractional accounting staff is comprised of W-2 employees who enjoy a long-term career at The A Team serving our Clients. We are not a staffing or consulting firm providing independent contractors.
We don’t lock Clients into any specific time-period in order to hire us. We simply ask for 2 weeks’ notice when requesting termination of services.
Founder & CEO
In 2001 when I began The A Team Consulting as a sole practitioner delivering Fractional CFO services to a small group of businesses in New York City, I never imagined that 25 years later our company would grow to 30+ employees serving over 100 Clients nationwide. But, demand grew, and so did my vision. I expanded our services to include a full Team of Fractional CFOs, Controllers and Bookkeepers/Staff Accountants to meet evolving Client needs. By 2009, as the industry advanced, we added accounting recruiting services, followed by our AccountingIQ accounting technology and software solutions practice.
I am delighted that even after 25 years we have maintained the same entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence that started it all, and that we have been repeatedly recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the Best Places to Work. We’re proud of our growth and success over the past 25 years, grateful to everyone who has been part of our journey, and we look forward to the years ahead.
